Paying for posters to come to the site, is a form of advertising IMO.

Also, people are bidding without the evidence of your revenue? I'm not saying you are trying to trick people I'm just saying if I was going to spend $6k I would want to be sure the revenue was a steady $400pm - i.e. see at least 3 months of stats.

Yes you will have to keep on any advertisers, any money made from the winning bid will be taken off the total of the site cost.

Two companies are interested in getting a minimum of 3 months advertising (Off the top of my head its ~$100/month each) - They will either be handed over to the new owner or if they signup before a sale, the money from this will be deducted from the final sale cost.

I don't want to sell for $6k, I do have a reserve and the $6k is very close to it but I have been offered $6000 as a BIN a few times now.

Just added Sedo to it yesterday, still not sure what their stats are like though but I can give them a full 24 hour test today.

Average the last 3 months is $530 - Theres about $10/month from adsense too but its not worth including.

Fixed the links

Hehe tried to get the .com but someone else got in infront of me, that sold for 10,000 I think but it didn't have a site really..I think there were around 500 posts.

 

A lot of people have asked for a BIN.

I am setting it at $8000 for UK cheque or bank transfer and $8500 if paying by paypal.
