    I am selling WebMasterAddict.com – This is a developed WebMaster forum.

    The site is around 8 months old and hosting has been paid fully until November 14th 2006. The site is currently hosted by WebHostingBuzz.com and includes 3GB Space and 100 GB Bandwith per month.

    The forum itself uses Invision Power Board and this is a leased license. It expires July 14th 2006 and is included in the sale.

    The forum uses a custom skin which cost $85. All images and psd included. We hired a programmer to install custom mods such as the left hand navigation panel.

    The site currently contains the following mods:

    - Flash Chat
    - Arcade
    - Downloads System
    - Global Message
    - Links Directory
    - Custom pages
    - Points System
    - Referral Mod
    - Top 5 Stats
    - Custom Forum Pages
    - Auto PM new members

    Some site statistics:

    Our members have made a total of 5,366 posts
    We have 180 registered members
    The newest member is affordahost
    Most users ever online was 18 on Yesterday, 07:06 PM

    Have you used any paid posting for this forum?

    I ask because 57.9% of the posts (3,116) are from five people verses 175 people accounting for 42.1% (2259 posts, 12.9 avg).

    nobody gets paid to post and their is no incentive bar the weekly domain giveaway to the best post as voted by staff
