Webmaster/Web Design Certification

    Hello

    I am interested in getting certified as a webmaster or web designer. Is there any good and recommended accredited schools online offering courses? I did a Google search but the number of results was overwhelming and i don't know where to start.

    PS I am not a US Resident/Citizen
