I've updated my site content and checked my stats and site health in Google webmaster tools. It's already been a week but Webmaster Tools says that there's not data available. How long does it take since submitting the sitemap to Google for the data to be compiled for analysis?

keep publishing new content and ping it using pingoat. Or submit your posts to twitter / stumbleupon for quick indexing or make article on ezinearticles to index. Then give some time and data will start showing up.

I do not know the time it takes to send a sitemap to Google, but there are ways to speed up the google index, with the use of relevant keywords and fresh content, and input into Lindexed,,

This was covered today here: Webmaster tools double sites

As joshz says, a 301 redirect of your non-www site to the www. within the .htaccess file will solve the problem.

you have to resubmit manually for Indexing by fatching those pages from google webmasters/Health/Fetch as google it will take around 2 to 4 days.
