Webmaster tools, site ranking, false?

    On my site rankings in webmaster tools it says 15 on "order shoes" but when i visit google i cant find my site.. is this ranking a future ranking after lets say sandbox or ?

    Thats not the actual keywords rank from google search, it's your overal website ranking.
