Webmaster tools showing old site details

    Hi :)

    I recently redesigned one of my sites, not just the design but also the contents. I also created a new sitemap and uploaded it, it's status is OK and it was last downloaded on the 9th April.

    However when I go to overview it shows:
    Errors for URLs in Sitemaps: www.mysite.com/admin
    URLs restricted by robots.txt www.mysite.com/admin

    All good and from the new sitemap, however when I look at

    Not found, it lists 2 urls, both of which are from the old site.

    Why is it mixing them up?


    Also when I click on Top Search Queries it shows keywords that are no longer on the new site.

    Any help would be much appreciated :)

    As with everything G does, it takes time. You will start to notice the changes over the next two to three site indexings.

    Are you using/submitting the XML sitemaps?
