Webmaster tools show my websites backlinks 2,598,478

Its strange now I did 301 redirect and looking for my new sites backlinks.

Maybe your new domain have many backlinks. and after you did 301 redirect, your old site's backlinks redirect to your new site.

 

but this number is meanless , Im sure that all website links also here but I never had such a backlinks so what my pagerank will be ? : )
