webmaster tools screenshot - check this out

I started to get a bit of traffic coming in for a blog post I wrote about the ford taurus, but this is crazy:

I'm surprised at how it just completely overpowered every other term though, so perhaps I'll have to use that as my "template" for all future articles.

You should try exposing your blog on different type of sites that fit that category

 

There are so many slashes in your url, it may affect your ranking. You can try for the default url instead of custom.

Not sure I follow you on the default url vs. custom

for example here is a url for a recent post

http://www.tuneyfish.com/blog/iphone-app-chrome-for-car-buffs/

are you saying that I should move it out of the /blog, so:

http://www.tuneyfish.com/iphone-app-chrome-for-car-buffs/

I suppose I'll have to move the wordpress files to the root directory then, or is it possible to leave them in the blog/ directory but just rewrite the url's to remove /blog in the URL

my home page is PR5, and my blog which is at /blog is PR3, thinking of placing the blog as the homepage
