Webmaster tools reporting errors

    why is webmaster tools still showing my site has backlinks from websites where my link is NOT on the pages anymore? How often do they update?

    I think they update about once a week. So there is no worries regarding this fact.

    You need to wait . if you see same status then you need to submit Google reconsideration form.

    I've had links that are gone remain in GWT for ages. I don't know the reason 100%, but I suspect that there are some pages they spider VERY occasionally. Until they re-spider they can't update GWT.
