Webmaster Tools Duplicate Content, Help !!

    In My Webmaster Tools Under HTML Suggestion I am Seeing Multiple Duplicate Title and Descriptions, Which are all of my Categories
    Google Indexed my categories as multiple pages,

    /category/money-making-2/
    /category/money-making-2

    Only there is not a slash in 2nd one

    Please help me in solving this problem, I am using WordPress Platform.
