    My webmaster tool showing 34 duplicate title tags for my free wordpress blog. Does this harm?

    yes It may be harmfull for your blog. you should use unique title metas for all the pages.

    but it is a free wordpress blog I wont be able edit the title tags. Is there any other options?

    Too many keywords don't work . As google only read the first 3 keywords.
