Webmaster services wanted for vBulletin v3.5.4 powered site.

I bought a site a few months ago and it is a vBulletin site powered site. I am too busy right now to work on it myself and quite frankly I don't have a clue how to work the admin screen in vbulletin.

I need someone to come in and get it under control. Here are the things I need done:

1) Clean out spam. People are posting spam on it.
2) Get passwords under control - I have been given passwords but I don't know how to and where to login and control it.
3) Install an number/image so that a person has to prove they are human to post.
4) Change the adsense ID so I get paid instead of the previous owner!

If the price is right this will be an ongoing position if you want.

Please let me know how much you will charge to do the above.
