Webmaster resource site, possible sale

Hi,

I was looking to sell isurftool [dot] com

It is new, maybe 2 weeks old, and has made about $1 on adsense, with about 800 uniques so far. It is listed on a few topsites but that is about it.

It has a custom design by me with SEO'd urls. It's pretty basic, and has a "web 2.0" look and feel to it.

I am not sure what to ask for the site, but I am accepting offers. I may make a BIN later. Thanks.

Are the scripts framed from another site?

No, the scripts are all hosted from isurftool.com and I either have resell rights or they are on there with a GPL license and link back to the creator.

Is the site unique?

I made the entire site template from scratch. There is another domain, the one in my sig, which is using this template but I plan on changing it after this domain is sold. I am going to change the text and some of the tools associated with it.

Whats the BIN?

Well, obviously, I want to get as much as I can with it. It is a new site, I know it will do well, and I dont want to "sell based on potential" cause thats just stupid. I am looking for $100-~$150 for the site, as I know I can easily make that in a few months. I just have some property taxes to pay and I wanted to get some quick cash.

I also have a similar type of site, itoolz [dot] info, which is a PR4 with several PR3 and PR2 internals. I'd be willing to sell that site but it is really doing well so I would have to provide more details to an interested buyer.
