    I was thinking about Autotask Pro, but its a monthly thing. I just upgraded my dedicated server, so I am really trying to stay away from the monthly services.

    I want the ability for clients
    - to update there contact info
    - to upgrade or downgrade packages I offer
    - recurring invoicing to be done automatically
    - file sharing per client

    Stuff like that!!!
