Selling Webmaster Forums

I'm looking to sell my admin community located at http://admincommunity.com

Brief History: The site started at http://community-forums.net when I purchased it about 30 days ago with the intention of flipping it. It was powered with phpBB and was a decent enough site. I've put countless hours of work in it to ensure 100% compatibility so all users from any corner of the world can enjoy the site as it's meant to be. I've converted to IP.Board and addon products, with IP.Content powering the custom layout on the front page.

All articles that are in the CMS are 100% unique written by myself or forum members. the site received over 4k unique visitors during the previous 30 days I've owned it, and there were a few days during the transitions of down time, and when I forgot to reinstall analytics included during those days so actual traffic should be closer to 4.5k per month. AWStats has the count at over 5000 uniques.

The site has been listed for sale once, but the winner never paid. I'm relisting with a full month of stats and income proof this time around, in hopes of attracting a legitmate buyer.
