Well, I doubt you'll get members from this post. Just try to add more content to your forum, right unique articles so users will want to visit your forum.
What everyone's trying to say: You're at one of the best Webmaster forums on the internet.. And you're trying to get people to join your webmaster forum? Do you have any unique features or anything that DP/SP doesn't have?
You could try doing what this site does, and offer people ad revenue sharing. Let them put their adsense ID in your database and alternate the ads on the topics that they post. I think your on DP right now (digitalpoint). Not sure what SP is... Anyway, no Google won't do this for you. You will have to write some code. What forum software are you using, phpBB or vBulliton? Basically your will have to: 1. Collect your user's adsense ID and store it in your database 2. Query the database to select the right adsense ID for the post author when you load each forum post 3. Dynamically print the AdSense code substituting the part where is says google_ad_client = "pub-4484723161283818"; with the post-author's ID. If you know PHP this is easy, but if you don't you'll probably need some help.
