    hi,

    -It is really hard to run forums without having any budget. I have domain name which installed forums Invision Board (without licence) and eXtremepixels skins many to choose from.

    -I didnt work on it so i decided to start work or get the market price of it.

    -I didnt worked on the site before so no traffic no PR. I have no price in mind but if i get a good price i will sale it otherwise will invest some $$$ to start the forums.

    You have a website with no traffic, no page rank, and an empty forum. Basically it is worth the domain and thats it considering everything else can be duplicated in 5 mins on any server.
