This is my advice to you : 1) change the style of the forum 2) reduce your categories so you can control the forum and have high quality content but if you have a team working with you then no problem 3) you need a lot of content to your website I hope i have helped you

I have a few people helping me on it so i should be ok controlling expansion and threads and so forth...
