He's scammed me before by not showing revenue and it cost me $250for a stie that makes zero revenue.Dfinitely check all the referrer traffic and make sure it does not come from his small network of sites.


Edit.............. In case anyone is interested, I'll sell the site I bought for $250 from this guy for $50 to get rid of this non-producing dog. And this is a ste that I was shown that made $100/month. Of course later after I bought the site it became known that all the traffic was from his small little network!

Notice he still claims that I should have asked for traffic proof, even though I did. Of course proof was never provided.

Funny that this guy wants to risk his reputation for a $250 rip-off job on me. I already told him I wouldn't allow it but he wants to try.

Beware of this seller as every month or so he tries to sell the same sites. Jsut check his history.

 

This is the 4th or 5th time I have seen this site for sale. Its a scam.

First of all, this is not a scam.

All traffic comes from links/banners from my network. The links and banners will be removed on sale.

All adsense revenue is prooved.

Just because its been for sale 4-5 times, does not mean this is a scam. Just havent found the right buyer yet.

 

wow hopefully it gets cleared up since Anthony is well known and his Rep would be damaged.

since this traffic comes from your network , once the site is sold will that traffic stop? will you remove all the banners and links from your network?

 

so really you are selling a site with 0 traffic & 0 income due to the links / banners that have been providing the traffic to the site will be removed on sale.

I think this business concept is unjust and you need a re-think on how you do business here,

people buy sites with traffic & revenue for a reason not to find out that the site they purchase suddenly becomes a turnkey site.

 

Im just saying the traffic comes from text links from my network. I will remove them once sold. Whether or not the traffic continues I do not know. Im telling this to the buyers so they are aware. If you dont like the idea dont bid. Thank you.

 

so the same thing will happen to this site as the one eljefe posted. cause all traffic is only from your network and you use that to boost the traffic then dump the site on someone.

I saw fake adsense screenshots before this. Last time he sold it, he gave me another excuse on why its not a scam. I wouldn't buy.

 

really?! wow ok ill make sure to add him to my list. also its funny he says hes sold a lot of sites here but no itrader as him being the seller. Anthony can you prove anything on your behalf?
