It seems like a good idea to me, but won't it ad a lot of additional work, or is everything automated?
I have one at the top which isn't revenue sharing and so I can't place one there unless its an ad unit. Hope you added my forum Yeah but every little helps Everything is automated and so its no extra work.
Rev-share on a webmaster forum isn't a new thing. (DP uses the same system) It will bring in a small amount of money, but it will probably be so insufficient that it won't cover much. Work on actively building a community and then expanding it, perhaps adding in banners to affiliate programs, domain name registers, hosting options, and other similar webmaster products. That will make you more money, but it probably cuts your users out of the loop. Up to you how you plan to run your forums, though.
I don't think revenue sharing do much help; although I am doing it on my forum. I think what matters most is a building a community.
It will just help get a few more users to join and make the forum a little bit bigger but I plan to add more into the forum
Nice forum.. Any extra benefit for forum users will surely attract more visitora but I don't think I have ever profited from ads sharing forums like in DP.. heheheh.. LOL
It's worth a try. It might be helpful earning a few extra $$ for some users. Please advertise is the correct board
