I would make your front over and forum match (make them both light grey or dark grey) Homepage: - nice , clean, simple, loads fast Also good for SEO. I think its lacking some graphics though.. Forum: - Decent interface, The font in the header has some extra pixels are the edges (probably because you made it transparent). I would try to fix that.. maybe placing the gradient behind the font in photoshop first..
