Selling Webmaster forum - 3900 members, 56k post

    I am selling a webmaster forum with the domain name is registered at GoDaddy. The forum use to be geared toward domainers and comes with the domain name DN Talks(dot)com also. I purchased the forum in late October and have been working on marketing the forum and getting some links backs. But, around the same time I took a new job and I am not able dedicate as much time to the forum as needed, I have spent $550 on this website not including buying a Xenforo license.

    This sale comes with the following:
    Both Domains
    Files
    Theme
    Database
    Twitter account Associated with both Domains

    Both domains are Aged, have decent and getting better Alexa, one has a good DA, The current domain has not been used in years and was recently put on there.

    I am Asking $300 and still loosing money on this deal.

    While I would take that offer, the xenforo license is none-transferable due to me being the second owner already. But for both domains, files, theme and database I would entertain offers around the $250 range.

    As far as I know they are all real except for maybe 20 that I have deleted/ban which have been bots. I have been working on getting more members and getting old members coming back, there have been a few but they do not come everyday yet.
