    I would like to purchase a Webmaster Forum,

    Must be American/U.K (English) I don't want no pakistan or indian forums please, I would like traffic from the top 3 countries.

    Not to bothered about revenue, if not monetized.

    Must have traffic as stated, unique posts, alexa sub 300K, unique members (not from a copied DB)..

    Pagerank is not important, but it would be good to have some pagerank.

    I have around $500 to spend.
