I am attempting to build a web master community. I am trying to cover as much stuff as possible regarding web development, but I don't want to get over my head with a ton of feature's and no content. So here's how I plan on starting things. A Homepage portal with latest content featured on the site. Some of the features on the site will be Free PHP Scripts, Free Web Templates, User Blog's and Forums as well as an automatic newsletter which will be sent every x days (7,14) depending on how much new content is posted. I got a few eFriend's (3-5) who will help with some content. I guess it's time to ask some questions. What would be the best way to market this site? Also, what would "catch your eye" if you visited a webmaster community so you wouldn't just hit the back button right away or the big X in top right corner.
