Is there any specific reason to put webmaster code on home pages only, and not on inner pages.. While we are putting analytics code to all the pages..
Of course traffic not only comes in from homepage, some directly going to inner pages and it is better to install the code to the entire site so you could see how your whole site perform and which part of the site is performing well.

He did ask for Google Webmaster Code and not Google Analytics Code But the answer seems like for Google Analytics code Am I confused something here?
because the homepage always showed at any page such as single page, so you don't need to put on every single page again....
