Selling Webmaster Blog For Sale Including Forum With Custom Theme

I am selling my webmaster blog which comes with a MyBB forum. The blog has been slightly customized, while the forum has a totally custom theme. At this present time, the blog has 6 unique articles, written by myself. The forum has just under 900 posts, but is currently closed due to me selling.

The blog has around 600 unique visitors every month, that's without advertising as much as I could. If you advertise it more, the blog could be a great success, and could probably have revenue if you implement ads etc.

The domain is through NameCheap and will be pushed to your account free of charge. Other registrars may require a small transfer fee which renews your domain at the same time.

We are currently hosted by HawkHost on a quarterly plan which is only $11.85.

A screenshot of traffic stats can be acquired by serious people interested in buying.

The domain also has 17 backlinks, as you can see from above.

For the new owner, I will create 2 more unique articles for you to publish at your own discretion as a thank you.

 

What are the forum stats, I see it's closed right now?
