I have been appointed to manage a significant fundraising initiative to raise money for the continuing education of American children who have lost a parent during the war in Iraq. As of early June 2004, over 800 American troops, comprised of enlisted men and women as well as Reserve and National Guard members, have died in the service of their country. These soldiers have made the supreme sacrifice. Not only have they left a legacy of patriotism and bravery, in many cases they have left families and growing children. The event is a 3-day, major country music celebration with expected attendance of over 100,000 people. It will be held in Western New York on Labor Day weekend 2004. The event has already attracted over 15 of country music’s favorite stars. The organization urgently needs a professional, top-notch Webmaster to revamp the current website and to maintain it daily leading up to the event. Initially, this needs to be done on a volunteer basis.
