Kindly check the mail logs regarding the exact error message if you have an access to the server through SSH:

    /var/log/exim_mainlog

If you do not have an access to the server then you would need to contact your hosting provider service.

To know the exact error message you will have to check the logs and it seems that you do not have an access to the server so you will have to contact your hosting provider.

No, the "access-logs" are most likely your Apache logs. If your account is a shared account, you have to go through your host to get the issue resolved.

You're sending to an email address that doesn't exist hence the bounce... The error message is very straightforward so I don't quite understand why you are having a hard time understanding it.

You could try piping your email through GMail, I see their servers in your MX records anyway...
