Webmail filters don't work

    Hi,

    I have an email account on my server and I used Horde to set a few filters, you know, move some specific emails to different folders, but they didn't work.

    I configured that account on my iPad and all emails are coming to my inbox.

    Why the filters don't work?

    Could you help me with that?

    The emails are downloading in the inbox means there is no problem with the incoming emails. In the rules did you defined the destination folder where you want the emails to land?

    The Horde web filters are only applied upon every login to Horde webmail. Horde does not have a sever-side process to filter emails, a user must login every time to webmail. So, if you are using imap, you are going to have to setup filters on that or setup a server side filter on your mail account.
