Nice but the order of the keywords is banged up... not a problem as long as you get the right inbound links IMO. Low $xxx undeveloped if you sell it to someone that recognizes the potential of this domain.
hI KC_TAN. How do you intend to promote this website? Will you be using some affiliate to sell web site templates on this site? or will you be making your own web site templates and putting them up for sale ? I just checked and this keyword has a competition of 86,400,000 on Google, and the first site in rankings is a PR 6 site. You will have to work a lot to achieve high rankings for this highly competitive keyword.
I do not have plans to promote this site because I am thinking to sell it off. You are right, it may require some budget to market this site as compared to other niche but I think the benefit that this domain can bring in is tremendous. Thanks for all the feedback
