    there are alot of them using plimus , you can actually go to Web Hosting forum in the buy and sell. there are lots of new providers..

    Does paying via Paypal via PLIMUS allows sellers to be safe from payback by scammers buyers?

    I currently use plimus on my website and it has worked out great for me. Im still testing it tho and will release it for sale

    NO, Buyer can still open dispute against Plimus's PayPal Account, then Pimus open a dispute between buyer & seller (just like PayPal) Plimus may refund money to Buyer if you couldn't convince them.
