Webhostingreview.eu, nice domain isnt it? Now what to do with it..

What shall I do with this domainname? Shall i make it a webhosting directory or specific hoster site for all kinds of reviews in hosting business and ratings of the hosters ofcourse.

The main problem will be time and money. I don't have a lot to invest in this project, does anybody know if there is a script available for this kind of purposes?
