    Hello,

I know that you made your post some time back. I don't know what others might have to say on the matter but I can only relate to you my personal experience.

I have used webhostingpad.com and the service is not good.

I was dissatisfied with their service not wokring as it was supposed to. Although, the tech support people were very nice they simply could not help me. When I tried to get a refund I was told that I could not.

After the refund request Webhostingpad.com then discountinued my access to my hosting and kept my entire year's fee.

I believe they are either a part-of or an offshoot of this company:

    Omnis Network, LLC
    3655 Torrance Blvd Suite 230
    Torrance CA, 90503

I understand that hosting companies have their challenges, but Webhostingpad.com has the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

They also don't renew at competitive rates after 1 year. The support is afraid to talk with customers about this. They simply ignore and forcibly close down the live chat session when you talk about renewals beyond 1 year. (although hosting quality is good).

Move out before renewals looks the only solution. For live chat, simply avoid.
