Selling Webhosting site - custom made design with PSD - banners + unique articles

It is a webhosting site, the design is unique. It has been custom made and did cost me $150 ( very nice site ).

I attached the statistics about the site. I didn't do any promotion since more than a year. Pure search engine / links traffic.
I didn't use the articles yet to put more information on site nor publicating on news/articles sites.
More traffic last couple of months ! ( November higher because possible buyers of site ! here ;-) )

how much does it cost to maintain the hosting site?

 

The site itself doesn't cost much, simply hosting enough, but of course you should be able to put some extra sites for your clients on it, like a small vps or other...

 

Like mentioned : no revenue nor clients
