Selling Webhosting site - custom made design with PSD - banners + unique articles

It is a webhosting site, the design is unique. It has been custom made and did cost me $150 ( very nice site ).

I attached the statistics about the site. I didn't do any promotion since more than a year. Pure search engine / links traffic.
I didn't use the articles yet to put more information on site nor publicating on news/articles sites.
November is of course not the full month ! More traffic last couple of months !

Yes that is right.

Because if for example I had 2 clients, this would be worth 2 times $6.95 for 10 months... so that only was almost $140 ( I did use $6.95 because I did some promotion with that price, I was thinking of lowering price a bit on site )
