Are you looking for a shared hosting plan with add-on domains or a reseller account so you have separate cPanels for each of your domains?
Pretty much every host supports WordPress, so it shouldn't be too much of a hassle finding a host. Since you want to host multiple domains, you should look for hosting that doesn't limit the number of domains you can host.
Sounds to me like you should be looking for a VPS Server. This would allow you to host your multiple domains on it. You would have all your own dedicated resources so noody else is affecting your service. You will also have MRTG graphs to look at that show you the CPU and RAM usage. You will want to pay close attention to these as they are the life blood of your sites. Wordpress is supported by most providers but you may want to look for someone that specializes in it. Support for issues with your wordpress questions will be better if they actually know how and what about the program.
