webhosting for scanning ?

    Hello, i am interested is any webhoster that offers vps/dedicated servers allowing (or hidden not dissalowing) scanning the internet?

    What do you mean by scanning? Are you referring to external connections?

    SYN scanning, random target ips, about 14k SYN packets/second (on 100mbit). scan will probe only one port on ip, then deciede what to do further.

    well looks very lowcost, i need to check their machines for /dev/bpf is configured and loaded in their virtuozzo kernel so i can work with raw packets
