Webhosting business for sale- was making $300/month just from ads on homepage

I abtained the site around 5 months ago and site was getting 3,500 visitors/day to the main page. Had over 3,800 members. Then site crashed because hired a bad tech guy. Got the site back up and had 600+ members within 30-40 days. When it had 3,800 members it made about $300+/ month from google ads on just home page. I was going to put ads on users pages too for extra money and a link to where they could get their own webpage. Sadly after gaining 600+ members again I had to stop allowing signups because my server stinks and is not compatible with the software (I am using an old operating system).

cjhost.com still had over 100 visitors a day trying to signup. I had other projects to work on at the time though (and now too) so I couldnt get the site back up.

Currently there are 24 visitors a day or so going to the site to sign up. You will get domain, software that runs the service, and 680+ members on our server. I can have my new tech guy transfer all this to you (i believe he charges $45 for this).

With this software you can do what i was doing and earn ad money and then place ads on all users pages (very easy to do, just one file edit, copy and paste your ad into it). You can also have a paid hosting option or an upgrade to paid hosting option. I was going to do this but became way to busy.

Revenue stats please.

 

no current revenue stats because like i said the site wont work on my server. But from the nonworking part of site I have revenue about $.50/day from one google link ad. Not really worth a screenshot. The money in this site is taking client base and visitors and turning their pages into ad displaying pages or paid hosting clients. Lots of money to be made.

 

You mean you can put ads on the users pages ? What if they make poker or porn pages? your adsense account would be lost in minutes.

Can you put up or PM me referrer stats or access to awstats for the site?

Also can you expand on what happened to the site again? Why will the scripts not work on your server? What scripts is it running?

yes, u can put ads on their sites. but you can monitor them to prevent that or better yet not just use adsense. Remember there ARE other ad companies out there. people seem to forget that.
