Webhosting affilialte+Incentives+High Commissions. How is it possible??

I have seen many webhost giving out huge commissions to their affiliates even if the buyer signs up for small price.

Like a person buys shared hosting for $5 per month for one year thus paying $60 annually. But still the web hosting company gives the affiliate a commission of $75 or so.

    How can that be feasible?

And to top it all they also allow incentivized promotion(most of them allow, not hostgator though)

    How is it possible??

And in case you have experienced any success/failure/scam then you are welcome to share.

    Thanks.

Well, they usually don't pay you that until the customer has had a few months of hosting. The one I've seen is Hostgator that pays $50 after the customer has had like 2 months or something like that.

Some of the affiliates mentioned in my blog have hosting campaigns that are available for incent. They pay a good amount for them to and if you bring them good conversions they wil adjust your rate. Hosting campaigns pay some of the most of any campaignns.

Please dude..stop promoting your sig links. We know hosting providers do this and that..but my question is how can they afford to pay so much.

and if anyone has experienced any success/failure/scam with it they are welcome to share it.
