I know webhosting.co.uk recently went for a lot (and I think in the current market too much, especially as it's a .co.uk), but I would say just reg fee for that domain. No one is searching for it ("web host 24"), considering it from an "exact match" perspective, and it's not much of a brand name.
I don't see why someone would pay extra for this domain. Why not WebHost247, or WebHost360, or WebHost365, or WebHost101, or any of these in .com or .net instead of .co.uk? Let it go.
