My first impressions are positive, it looks very good and professional, however as a first look at it I was expecting more "geeky/techie" graphics instead of elegant graphics.

Easy access to all links.

Content seems to be in the "correct" places.

You are sacrificing too much space on Twitter and facebook on the top right.

I haven't looked at the SEO yet.

I really like the layout and love the back ground! i agree with mediapro that youve used too much space for facebook and twitter.

- looks like a generic web 2.0 site

Navigation
- It's Okay. Something you can find in most sites nowadays.

Web Usability
- It's Okay. Something you can find in most sites nowadays.

Design
- Looks a bit too generic for me. It's like webdesignerwall.com's evil step-sister. Also you might want to reskin your forum to match the mother site.

Scope/Content
- It's good.

The problem most people have designing these things is they want to be different and that's never easy.

From that point of view I think it's a more than reasonable job.

I agree with Pinoysource it does look like WDW's evil step-sister but better that than looking like a 4 year olds duvet cover

Not sure about this one either, is that a bought template? I could have swore I've seen that design somewhere else before I just can't place a finger on it. Maybe it's just similar to one that I have seen in the past.

It's very nice, I like how the contents are integrated with the site (forums, etc,..), fast loading, easy to navigate.
