Selling Webdirectory.bz - Old and rare keyworded website

I'm selling this almost 6yrs old PR2 web directory. The domain is very rare and easy to remember. I started it years back but never had the time to update or monetize it.

Ranks in 5th page for paid web directory

I like the site but I have some questions. .

1) What version of the script is this site running on?
2) Some of the links I click at the bottom of the pages either do not exist or lead to a php error can this be fixed or the pages be created ( link to us, advertise with up, etc)?
3) Can the links at the bottom be changed

 

1) Running on phpld v3
2) You can create the pages, and the php error is only in the blog section just needs a wp update.
3) Yes you can change the bottom links

Yes the site has errors just because of a plugin, needs updating not a big deal at all.
