WebDesigners Needed for a small project

    Hi Designers,

    I am looking forward to create a site where Peopel can join as registered members giving there email address and Phone Numbers and offering them promotional offeres trough SMS and Email.

    1, A simple website where People can Register For Free
    2, Need to Provide a referral URL
    3, Login option for members to access there Area .
    4, Special Promotional offers in members page
    5, individual referral link to introduce new members
    6, Download Section
    7, contact importer.


    Please let me know if any one can design it for me. Will preper people from India for better support.
