I hired Dave to do some work, I will report back on my findings. Really nice chap, but hasn't been online for a while and really need our design so we will see what happens

 

I also hired david to do a design/code for me and hes been offline for over 48 hours with no updates and no contact.

I paid him half upfront for the work and I am very displeased with his service. I sent david an email off today saying that I will file a dispute over this if I do not hear word back from him by the end of his business day which is in 3 hours.. 9PM his local time.

His deadline is also right around the corner and he hasn't done any work but the logo/cover design

 

I have sent both of you emails about trying to figure out a suitable time for reviews due to time differences.

I also received the email, tried replying but it wouldnt allow me so I had to send from my personal email address. I am in the UK, and I am in the same timezone as you, I have been online since 9 this morning, and you haven't been online once!!!

 

I edited my last comment because David said it was disrespectful towards his service.. I take back my edit.. David said he would be on-line today after 6 PM his time.. It is now about 11 oclock HIS time and no sign of him.

In his email he stated that I should stop pestering him for updates (even tho the deadline is friday) he also has not provided me with an update since friday evening.. I am VERY unhappy and displeased about his service.

 

David has took my $125.00 and has told me that he will not be completing my project and to go elsewhere..

I ADVISE ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO AVOID WORKING WITH DAVID AS HE IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM!!!!!

SCAM!

 

He came online for 5 minutes earlier and told me he would be online tonight, but he isn't!

He lives in the same country as me and if I don't get some cooperation from him then I will go to his house/office and make sure the work is completed.

I will give everyone his address and post it here if he doesn't bother doing our work!

 

Terrible of him to treat clients this way.. If you guys need anyone to take care of those designs for you, hit me in the PM box.

 

I'm not a scammer and the reason for this clients unprofessionalism is that I revoked my services after he threatened me and my family and said he was going to speak to the CEO of paypal which was his friend. Have proof of conversations if anyone would like to see.

 

Please do not threaten me or I will contact the appropriate authority and get you summons for harassment.

 

Oh WOW David.

Honestly, its not just me complaining about your services, and people will see that. If you have had this many troubles people need to know.

Also, I am not your CLIENT you are MY client. I hired you to work for me, not the other way around. I believe that in this type of business you should be as professional as you can, and you have done nothing to show me that you are professional.

I did say that I have a registered paypal account of 15 years and have been in contact with the direct CEO of esclications in regards to issues and disputes before yes. I also asked you first and foremost for a refund and you instantly poped online and denied me that and said that I have to stop being so demanding and what have you. You also told me that I have to stop reminding you of our deadline.

After all of that conversation you decided to close my paypal dispute and report it to paypal claims instead of working it out. You did this YOURSELF.

If you still have an online carer after this post and after numerous other problems with clients I do advise you do remind yourself that when you are paid to do a job it is expected of you to do it.. not take the money and run.

 

So I'm a freelance web designer and from my perspective your my client. So stop spamming threads please.
