    Im looking for someone that can make me a image just like this orange . But instead of a orange it should be a tulip. .

    It's an ancient program that MS discontiniued a few years ago; it's called Image Composer. It doesn't do some of the great things modern imaging packages do (e.g. 3D objects, radial gradients, seamless backgrounds, etc), but it does most of what I need and, IMHO, it's more intuitive and easy to use than its advanced counterparts.
