Hello, I've just launched my new website - designbreeze.com, please let me know what you think, Thanks
i feel that the site is either too poor or too personal to be a design studio website. You tried to use some features like the icons, but that's not enough. The design studio website should have a unique design and structure Besides, your porfolio is a little different. have all organized and not different sized graphics for just a link of clarification of what the user wants to see Don't put oo many links, users don't like it, they like to fond what they need really easily Where are the websites you designed, your site is a web design studio website Good luck
The users don't like to click and then click and then click and then they get the info they need to have like click - "HERE IS WHAT YOU WANT"
it's basically a 3 pages websites - the index which tells what graphic services available, the portfolio, and contact, all clear right on the top navbar, so I'm still not sure what your'e talking about when you say they need to click too much
I think what ludwig is saying shamrock is that you click on Portfolio then you have to click on logos or banners or templates and then you have to click from one page to another which is quite long winded. Maybe a better way of doing it would be to have a drop down menu under Portfolio with Logos, Banners and Templates. Then on the the individual pages rather than page after page with just one column of quite large images, perhaps 3 x columns with images as thumbnails leading to larger images when clicked? Just a suggestion? Other than than I don't think you've made a bad start! Good luck Jayson Gray
The logo is nice, but some of the website doesn't look as professional as it should. Also on the top banner I get a gap to the right hand side of the beach umbrellas, showing the background. (firefox, 1280 x 1024) PS: something I just noticed, in the portfolio section, it would look better if the logo, banners and templates buttons looked slightly different, e.g. colour of them.
Added onto weeman212's Firefox comment, at the same 1280x1024 resolution it looks like the white background is peeking out from the right border ... How about some comments from customers? I also agree with weeman212's comments on the portfolio buttons - they just don't look right. However, I'd do more than just change the colour. What's more? I'm not a designer, so I'll leave that to you
