    Recently? As of how many years ago?

    Unless you use IE. Then complete freedom is out as they don't support Fixed except for backgrounds.

    I see nothing extra special about the program but I hope it works well for you PC people. I use Dreamweaver and CSSEdit to make amazing CSS sites. :)

    PC folks can use Dreamweaver if they have the $ 600.00 to buy it with, this happens to be free.

    Remember, PC users (us dummies out here) can compute also. We are not as smart as the MAC crowd, but we are here trying to do what we can.

    You know I can use some help in developing my sites, I will be in touch TM.
