    Hi Friends,
    >>can anybody please guide me regarding Terms & Conditions for a webdesign company. What is the most important clause you think is important

    >>Can anybody show me a link to a sample terms and conditions

    >> Also many of my clients are small business and they simply copy content & pictures from other websites. I explain them its a wrong way, but its their choice. How should I make sure I am safe from any legal issues regarding this issue

    Any guidance

    Thanks
    DV

Well I think you should write a custom agreement policy and make your client sign it, which will indicate that you are not responsible for any copyrights or trademarks used, you just provide a website and clients add their content

Something along those lines might keep you safe
    Hope it helps :)
