Webdesign and SEO consultancy website - critique

the site was intended to be not too flashy and is aimed at small business owners. The site will be predominantly selling small (5 page) brochure sites.

I like the gradient use in the layout and the colors! However, I think the white header stands out way too much, why not use a light pale green instead? Also, see the orange on your navigation bar on the left? I would use te same yellow and fill in your site's name text with it (right now, its white)

 

It may be a good idea to use relevant pictures.

The pictures are of prominent land marks in the local area - very relevant indeed - Us Cornish are proud of our landmarks!

 

You should manufacture the globes of your local areas, then your logo and other pictures would be related to each other. By the way, several lines are underlined and similar to the links which may be confusing. Or should they be links?

 

Yeah the underlined text will become links soon as I create the page!

 

The site looks nice and clean.

However if you are an SEO firm you may want to consider a tableless layout..

And instead of using buttons for the navigation, go with css.. they will look the same...

if you can do the site in tabless, thats good. needs more design and make it colorful.
