I was wondering if anyone had an idea what might be good webcam uploading software like they have on youtube and myspace. Essentially it is nothing more than a webcam recorder that converts to flash right on your server. I have a social networking site that allows users to upload videos (avi) that are converted to flash. It would be a whole lot nicer to have them be able to user their webcam to upload a video and do the same thing, e.g. 30 second clips. I'm guessing there might be more than just an out of the box software issue so programmers are welcome to comment and apply for work to get this done.
